We've been back 10 days and are still missing Finca Jacaranda! It goes down as one of, if not our favourite holiday home.

As good as they are the photographs of the setting of Finca Jacaranda do not do it justice. The covered veranda from where a couple of the photographs are taken is a perfect place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst escaping the heat of the day. It is a perfect place to just sit back and chill out in the evening.

The Finca’s three distinct character areas; Stepping down from the veranda you arrive at a seated area where we had breakfast most mornings and a few steps down from there was the pool. The pool is a good size to play around in and if you want to do some serious exercise, you just do more lengths than you would normally.

Every detail at the Finca has been carefully thought about and is perfect, from the plants on the veranda, through the olive trees down to the pool, the shade around the sun beds and the lemon and lime trees from which we picked fruit every day to go into the sangria!

John and Lynda are great. Any questions, just ask. We will go back. We've rated our "experience" as excellent. It was better than that. It was perfect.

Finca Jacaranda is a lovely place to spend your holidays. It is fantastically well equipped, clean and is very peaceful. The pool is fantastic though unsurprisingly a little chilly in April. There are good local amenities and very friendly people. A great family holiday.

After our last visit to Finca Jacaranda last year, we really couldn't think of anywhere we'd rather be on our holiday's this year. Beautifully located of course we could gaze at the view forever; read copious amounts of fiction round the pool and laze our time away without any guilty feelings at not getting out and doing more.

We've stayed at four different Fincas in Andalucia and this is the best to date. Lynda has taken great care to ensure a comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings. One week was not enough - we will be back.

We both absolutely loved our stay, particular highlights were the swallows diving in the pool to drink and guessing how many old gents would be sitting on the village bench just passing the time of day together.
